Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been started, packed, or shipped, we may be able to change or cancel it. Custom orders, bulk pours, and made-to-order items may not be cancelable once production begins.

Products

Are your baits handmade?

Yes. Many of our products are made, finished, packed, or inspected by hand. Because of this, small variations in color, flake, scent, shape, or finish may occur. That is normal and does not affect performance.

Why do colors sometimes look slightly different in person?

Lighting, screen settings, flake, laminate layers, and bait thickness can all change how a color appears. We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight differences are normal.

Do you make custom colors?

Yes, depending on the bait style, color request, and order quantity. Custom colors may require extra time, minimum quantities, and may not be returnable.

Can I request a bait that is not listed on the website?

Possibly. Contact us with the bait style, size, color, quantity, and intended use. If we can make it, we will provide pricing and an estimated production time.

Are your baits scented?

Some products may include scent, salt, or additives depending on the formula. Check the product description or contact us before ordering if scent, salt content, or buoyancy matters for your application.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock items usually ship as quickly as possible. Made-to-order, custom, and bulk orders may take longer. Shipping time depends on order size, product availability, and carrier transit time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout when available. Large, wholesale, or bulk orders may require a custom shipping quote.

Do you ship nationwide?

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

What if there is a defect in my order?

Send clear photos and your order information. Handmade fishing products can have small cosmetic differences, but true production defects will be reviewed and handled fairly.

Storage & Use

How should I store soft plastic baits?

Keep them in their original packaging, away from heat, direct sunlight, and other plastics. Do not mix different brands or materials unless you know they are compatible.

Can soft plastics melt or deform?

Yes. Heat, sunlight, pressure, and contact with incompatible plastics can damage soft baits. Store them flat, sealed, and cool.

Can I mix different colors together?

You can, but some colors may bleed into each other over time. Bright colors, chartreuse, red, orange, and dark pigments are more likely to bleed.

How do custom orders work?

Send us the bait style, color, quantity, packaging needs, and deadline. We will confirm whether the order is possible, provide pricing, and estimate production time.

Can you match a color from another bait?

We can often get close, but exact matches are not guaranteed. Different plastisol, pigment, flake, salt, scent, and lighting can all change the final result.

Do custom orders take longer?

Yes. Custom and bulk orders require production scheduling, material prep, pouring, cooling, packing, and inspection. Lead times vary by order size and complexity.
