Returns
At Family Fishin, we want customers to be confident in the tackle and products they purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to discuss return or refund options.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition they were received
Customers must contact Family Fishin before sending any return back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened soft plastics or opened bait packages
- Used tackle or used fishing equipment
- Clearance or sale items
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

In situations where the issue was caused by our error, Family Fishin may cover replacement shipping or return shipping costs on a case-by-case basis.
Photos of damaged packaging or products may be requested to help process claims faster.
Refunds
All refunds, exchanges, and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will review the condition of the item and determine whether a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit will be issued.
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is related to:
- incorrect items sent
- defective products
- damaged shipments
- order fulfillment errors caused by Family Fishin
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns involving higher-value items. Family Fishin cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages lost during shipping.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for defective or damaged items depending on product availability.
